Outside of the office, you will find her spending time with her wonderful family. She is a proud mother of four beautiful children and a wife. Always on the go, attending practices, games, events, and activities. These moments bring joy and balance to life.

In her free time, she likes to indulge in creative hobbies such as sewing, boating on the lake, and going camping. She creates an incredible balance of professional excellence with the joys of family and hobbies!

Lisa enthusiastically welcomes and serves individuals and couples who want to work on improving their relationships, heal relational wounds, build self-trust, and deepen their connections with people. Her trauma-informed treatment focus includes anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, grief/loss, addictions/compulsions, and teens/adults with ADHD. 

Lisa is a Los Angeles native, but calls Utah home. She has earned degrees from Brigham Young University, Utah Valley University, and the University of Utah. She is a licensed certified health educator and values the importance of the mind-body connection in the healing process.

Bailey Borrow

Originally from Erie, PA, Bailey has lived in Pittsburgh since 2009. Bailey identifies as agender/nonbinary and use they/them pronouns. Bailey is a fully licensed LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor – similar to CMHC in UT) and practice owner and has been providing trauma-specific therapy services at the masters level for 8 years. Later becoming dually licensed as an ACMHC in Utah, Bailey joined Trauma Treatment & Counseling in February 2022 and works fully remote!

They started working in the mental health field in the inpatient/psychiatric emergency room setting in 2010 while completing their BA in Psychology in 2012, then graduating from Chatham University in 2014 with a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology (MSCP, clinical/neuro focus). Bailey also serves as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and has training as a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional.

Having published research at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, presented research at several national psychological conferences, and led workshops at local recovery and mental health conferences discussing the mind/body approach to healing from trauma, Bailey’s goal is to help clients feel capable, seen, and empowered to make decisions and take actions that allow them to live as their most authentic, intuitive self regardless of what may have happened in the past.

They work mostly with the LGBTQIA+ community as a clinician, and value a creative & collaborative approach to therapy, placing priority on establishing an honest feedback process with clients so we can learn/grow together. Classically trained dancer/dance teacher, ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), HoopYogini™ Certified Instructor & Master Class Teacher, and professional flow arts instructor & performer, Bailey became a trauma informed movement provider.

For fun, Bailey likes to sew their own clothing and performance costuming, casually converse about intergenerational trauma and disrupting broken systems, reading/studying Tarot & oracle cards, and spending time in nature. 

Heather Christie

Heather serves those with depression and anxiety as well as more complex cases and issues including traumas, childhood traumas, personality disorders, dissociative disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, family and relational issues, attachment issues, dual-diagnoses, mood disorders, and complex PTSD.

She seeks to provide an empowering, trauma-informed, safe, and judgment-free environment where clients are encouraged to develop the life they want to live. Heather also challenges her clients’ thinking patterns that may impact their ability to accomplish their goals.

Heather uses her experience and education in CBT, DBT, EMDR, family systems work, and Internal Family Systems, to help provide healing from the complexities and difficulties of life. Her aim is to help empower others to accomplish their goals, whatever they may be, in a collaborative and supportive environment. Sometimes, that also means some lovingly direct real-talk.

Monica Tinsley

Amy Robinson

Amy is a CSW, EMDR, FLASH, CCPT who has spent a number of years as a Guardian Ad Litem in Idaho in addition to her experience offering respite care for a family with 4 adopted children. Amy completed her undergrad work with the Utah Division of Child and Family Services while continuing to work with foster youth and adopted children throughout her Master’s program.

Amy currently serves all populations though her passion lays in working with children and adolescents. She is trained in Sand Play and IFS and finds helpful to use expressive arts and other forms of experiential learning in her therapy.

Amy enjoys remodeling and almost always has a project in the works! She love the outdoors – hiking or biking on trails in Southern Utah in the early mornings or on weekends.

Christy Fiscer

I specialize in working with clients to process trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and faith transitions.

Trauma and attachment issues are often so intricately connected. I help clients to process their trauma, understand their attachments and work to change self-defeating cycles due to both. Trauma work can be accessed through traditional talk therapy, as well as the Brainspotting and other therapeutic modalities that I offer.

Growth and vulnerability can be difficult, but so incredibly rewarding. In therapy, you can walk through the difficulty side-by-side with a caring clinician who is invested in helping you achieve your goals.”

Karley Terry

Karley has accumulated over 20 years of billing experience in chiropractic, physical medicine, physical therapy, dermatology, and mental health settings gaining expertise in multiple practice management softwares and electronic billing platforms. Karley truly values fostering close relationships with each provider she serves.

Outside of work, she enjoys being a mom to her 4 children, attending their games and other extracurricular activities, along with spending time with her husband working around their home and yard, traveling, and finding new places to eat!

Jaycie Bradshaw

As the Director of Operations, Jaycie carefully oversees the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring they are not only effective but also meet appropriate guidelines. She manages the Human Resources department which includes recruiting new team members, helping them grow, and creating a positive company culture. She’s also responsible for managing the organization’s finances, including planning budgets and overseeing expenses. Jaycie ensures that the services offered are top-notch, focusing on providing excellent care to clients.

When she’s away from the office, Jaycie finds enjoyment in activities such as golfing, interior design, spending time with her family, and chasing thrilling outdoor adventures.

Carlos Gomez

Carlos is a trauma therapist who helps people work through painful life events to find healing. He works with people that feel broken and abused beyond repair.

Carlos finds joy in helping people “come back to life” and to live their fullest life. He believes we are on this earth to help one another, to be both teacher and student, and to make our stay for ourselves and others a better place.

He specializes in trauma relating to betrayal, PTSD and CPTSD in addition to also treating anxiety, depression, grief/loss, shame, pornography compulsion and feelings of worthlessness etc.

Carlos is a husband and father to three girls. He started his professional education in Northern Utah at Utah Valley University and concluded online at the University of Southern California. He is very personable and loves to get to know people. Trauma Treatment & Counseling is his practice which has been a great fit for mixing his love of people with his ability to heal.
