I believe most of our pain and hurt come from keeping our stories hidden or not feeling understood when we get the courage to share. I want to be an empathetic listener for my clients while also providing them the tools and skills they need to grow. As Carl Rogers said, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” I am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients full of connection and being heard.
I center my therapy around compassion and positivity, finding the strengths in others to help them succeed. Come share your story with me and together let’s build the narrative you want for your life. Learn more.

Therapy is about creating a space for you to explore and express all the parts of yourself without judgment or shame. Let’s make that space together. Take a load off, relax, breathe, and tell me all about it. Let’s untangle the problem together and find the path to the life you deserve.
I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment and relationship concerns, ADHD, as well as other mood and personality disorders. I have training in DBT, EMDR, IFS, CBT, and Zen mindfulness.

I am a firm believer that trauma has ways of impacting us that are far beyond just our mental health. It will impact our spiritual health, social health, and even physical health. I will often help to clients to bring awareness to this and challenge them using holistic approaches towards the greater goal of healing. It would be my pleasure to work alongside anyone who desires to get to know themselves more as well as start to change their lives.
My approach to trauma treatment emphasizes teaching clients how to understand their trauma, then work towards healing mindfully using primarily EMDR. I also use other modalities such as CBT and DBT to increase mindfulness around how trauma has impacted client’s worldviews.

“No matter how strong or resilient, there are times in each of our lives when we need some outside help. Whether it’s getting out of bed, learning how to set boundaries, fostering self-compassion, changing toxic habits, finding inner calm, processing past or current trauma, or anything in-between, therapy can be a powerful and helpful resource. Your challenges, needs, and goals are likely a combination entirely unique to you, which is why you deserve an individualized and collaboratively created treatment approach as you navigate the often overwhelming process of improving mental health.
I offer an authentic, calm, and accepting space where we can process and work through things in partnership. I believe people are experts in their own lives and subsequently focus on listening and guiding in order to help facilitate self-reflection and discovery.
If you are going through a time in life when you need some extra help, I would be honored to join you on your journey. Feel free to reach out for a 15 minute consult or for a full 50 minute session. And whether you contact me or not, I commend you for seeking mental health services—doing so takes a great deal of strength and courage.”

“I want to meet each and every person where they are at for that day, I want to help address the underlying barriers and the big mountains that we face as humans and help process the emotions and triggers that keep us there. My goal is to help each person I work with learn how to be their most authentic self.
I offer a variety of methods and modalities to help meet each client where they are at. I focus on CBT specifically, however also integrate mind body connection, build self awareness and help each person to focus on learning about core beliefs
I am here to help each person individually, I am open minded and remind each person, each session that there are no expectations and this space we work in is Your space to build the tools needed to live in each moment as it comes.”

“The idea of therapy can be daunting. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to experience the compassionate and judgement free care that can be provided while working to grow in life and interpersonal relationships. I specialize in working with clients to process trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and faith transitions.
Trauma and attachment issues are often so intricately connected. I help clients to process their trauma, understand their attachments and work to change self-defeating cycles due to both. Trauma work can be accessed through traditional talk therapy, as well as the Brainspotting and other therapeutic modalities that I offer.
Growth and vulnerability can be difficult, but so incredibly rewarding. In therapy, you can walk through the difficulty side-by-side with a caring clinician who is invested in helping you achieve your goals.”
