Trauma Therapy

Healing from trauma takes time, but you don’t have to do it alone. Trauma therapy is designed to help you work through painful experiences from the past. We offer advanced techniques like EMDR, which helps you reprocess traumatic memories, and Brainspotting, a unique method that taps into your brain’s natural ability to heal. Together, these approaches can help you move forward and find peace.

Talk Therapy

Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we just need someone to talk to. In individual talk therapy, you’ll have a safe, non-judgmental space to share your thoughts and feelings. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or simply need guidance through life’s transitions, we’ll work together to help you gain clarity, build healthier habits, and feel more empowered in your everyday life.

Couples Counseling

Relationships can be hard, but they don’t have to stay that way. In marriage counseling, we help couples reconnect, improve communication, and resolve conflicts in a safe and supportive space. Whether you’re navigating challenges or simply want to strengthen your relationship, marriage counseling can help you and your partner understand each other better and build a stronger bond

Play Therapy

Kids express themselves differently than adults, and that’s why play therapy is so powerful. Through play, children can communicate their feelings and experiences in a way that feels natural to them. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, family changes, or emotional difficulties, we use play as a tool to help them process big emotions and feel understood, all while in a fun, safe environment.

EMDR

EMDR is a highly effective, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences and distressing memories. By using guided eye movements and other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful memories, reducing their emotional intensity and impact on your daily life. This approach can be transformative for individuals struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a cutting-edge therapeutic approach that taps into the brain’s natural ability to heal itself. This technique uses the connection between eye position and emotional processing to identify and release deep-seated trauma and emotional pain stored in the body. By accessing these “brainspots,” your therapist helps you unlock and process unresolved emotions in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, or chronic stress, Brainspotting can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing.

Medication Management

Our medication management services provide individualized assessments and ongoing support to ensure you’re receiving the most effective treatment tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re starting a new medication or adjusting an existing regimen, our experienced professionals are here to guide you every step of the way. At Trauma Treatment & Counseling, we prioritize your safety, well-being, and progress toward lasting mental health.

Ketamine Therapy

Ketamine therapy is a revolutionary treatment option for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain who have not found relief with traditional methods. Administered in a safe, monitored environment, ketamine works by targeting glutamate receptors in the brain to promote rapid and significant improvement in mood and emotional resilience.

Spravato Treatments

SPRAVATO® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression. Delivered as a nasal spray under medical supervision, SPRAVATO® offers rapid relief for individuals who haven’t responded to traditional antidepressants. This innovative therapy targets the NMDA receptor, fostering new neural connections and enhancing mood regulation.

Amino Acids

Amino acid therapy is a natural approach to restoring balance to the brain’s neurotransmitters, addressing mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbances. By replenishing key nutrients and building blocks for optimal brain function, amino acid therapy supports the body’s ability to heal itself. At Trauma Treatment & Counseling, we integrate amino acid therapy as part of a holistic treatment plan, designed to address the root causes of your symptoms and enhance your overall well-being.
