Does your past constantly intrude on your present? Whether you’re carrying the weight of Complex Trauma, the exhausting cycle of Addiction, or Relationship Conflict that never seems to resolve, I know how heavy those burdens feel. Reaching out takes immense courage, but you don’t have to carry this alone. I believe deeply that no matter how overwhelming the pain feels, you have the capacity to heal. We won’t just “manage” symptoms; we’ll work together to reclaim your narrative and build a life that feels genuinely meaningful and yours again.
I utilize evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to tailor treatment to your specific needs and goals.
In our sessions, we will focus on practical, life changing skills such as Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. These tools foster both acceptance of what is and the ability to enact change for a life truly worth living. I am deeply committed to providing a supportive, bias free environment without judgment.
Your initial consultation is always complimentary. This allows us to discuss your concerns, assess our fit, and ensure you feel comfortable proceeding with no financial obligation. The only “risk” you take is beginning the process of lasting positive change.

With over five years of clinical experience, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel supported, heard, and empowered. My goal is to guide individuals toward meaningful interpersonal growth, strengthened resilience, and a deeper sense of personal empowerment.
I have experience working with adults facing a range of concerns, including substance use disorders, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem challenges, personality disorders, and severe and persistent mental illness. I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective, recognizing that each client’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique.
My therapeutic style is flexible and tailored to meet the needs of each individual. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), solution-focused approaches, and psychotherapy. I aim to meet clients where they are, helping them build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and foster lasting change.
Seeking support can be a courageous step. I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they work toward healing, balance, and growth.

I work with individuals, 12+ on a wide range of challenges including anxiety, identity development, depression, trauma, ADHD and life transitions. I believe in the power of humor, movement and creative expression in the healing process.
The world can be an overwhelming place. My approach centers on untangling implicit and explicit messages of “how to be” and clarifying your authentic self. I support clients in connecting with their bodies and partnering with the wisdom of the nervous system while nurturing healthy relationships.
Together, I hope we can foster a safe environment to do the vulnerable work of healing and growth. I feel honored to walk this path with you, including the messy parts!

I work with kids, teens, and adults-and I genuinely love connecting with people in all seasons of life. Whether you’re a parent trying to support your child, a teen navigating big emotions, or an adult carrying the weight of life’s stressors, you deserve a space where you feel heard, supported, and not alone. My goal is to offer that space where we can work together to build confidence, process hard things, and find real tools that make life feel a little more manageable.
I have experience supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation struggles, relationship stress, and family challenges. I’ve also spent a lot of time working with adoptive families and clients who are trying to strengthen connections in their closest relationships. My approach is rooted in empathy, and I work hard to make therapy feel like a safe and collaborative process-never intimidating or one-size-fits-all.
I use a mix of evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and play therapy. Whether we’re practicing new coping skills, developing stronger communication, or just figuring out how to feel like yourself again, I’ll meet you right where you are—with no judgment and lots of compassion.
I truly believe that therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or stiff. It can be approachable, encouraging, and sometimes even fun. If you’re looking for support for yourself or your child, I’d love to connect and see how we can work together.

As a counselor, I strive to provide my clients with a safe space where they feel heard and navigate challenging experiences. Because I believe clients are their own experts, my goal in counseling is to help those I work with grow in self-awareness and develop tools that will empower them to live an authentic life. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults. I am a LGBTQ+ ally and love working with members of the community. I have experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds and experiences, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, addiction and marginalization. The forms of treatment I use are person-centered counseling, dialectical behavior therapy, and emotion focused therapy. Through my own experiences as a counselor and as a client, I know that counseling can be an incredible journey full of healing, hope, and growth.

Therapy is about creating a space for you to explore and express all the parts of yourself without judgment or shame. Let’s make that space together. Take a load off, relax, breathe, and tell me all about it. Let’s untangle the problem together and find the path to the life you deserve.
I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment and relationship concerns, ADHD, as well as other mood and personality disorders. I have training in DBT, EMDR, IFS, CBT, and Zen mindfulness.

I am a firm believer that trauma has ways of impacting us that are far beyond just our mental health. It will impact our spiritual health, social health, and even physical health. I will often help to clients to bring awareness to this and challenge them using holistic approaches towards the greater goal of healing. It would be my pleasure to work alongside anyone who desires to get to know themselves more as well as start to change their lives.
My approach to trauma treatment emphasizes teaching clients how to understand their trauma, then work towards healing mindfully using primarily EMDR. I also use other modalities such as CBT and DBT to increase mindfulness around how trauma has impacted client’s worldviews.

I started my career as a Music Therapist. My music therapy training helped me understand the importance of the mind-body connection, and develop creative ways to help clients explore and express things that might be difficult to talk about. Knowing what we now know about the brain and the neuroscience of mental health, my experience with music therapy gave me an amazing foundation in techniques that can help integrate the different parts of the brain. I use this knowledge to assist my clients in strengthening their neuropathways for mental wellness. My goal as a therapist is to make therapy safe, effective, and even fun for my clients!
After working as a Music Therapist for 5 years at a state hospital, I returned to school to delve deeper into the psychology side of my work. I graduated with my Masters in Counseling in 2012 and became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2016. Since obtaining my masters I have worked in county mental health, school-based mental health, private practice, and intensive outpatient settings providing care for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families using both individual and group modalities. My broad background gives me lots of different types of experiences to help inform and guide the care I provide today, for which I am very grateful. I am always excited to make new connections and share my knowledge and experience in ways that can help others.

“I want to meet each and every person where they are at for that day, I want to help address the underlying barriers and the big mountains that we face as humans and help process the emotions and triggers that keep us there. My goal is to help each person I work with learn how to be their most authentic self.
I offer a variety of methods and modalities to help meet each client where they are at. I focus on CBT specifically, however also integrate mind body connection, build self awareness and help each person to focus on learning about core beliefs
I am here to help each person individually, I am open minded and remind each person, each session that there are no expectations and this space we work in is Your space to build the tools needed to live in each moment as it comes.”
